1. RATE
1.1 Quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR or at the prevailing rate of exchange on the given date
1.2 Rates are per room per night
1.3 Based on a maximum of two adults sharing a double room
1.4 Inclusive of 15% VAT
1.5 Minimum 3 night stay from 10 Dec – 10 Jan 2024
2. CHILD POLICY:
This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 12 years old. Persons from 13 and older are considered as adults and will therefore require a separate room at the applicable rate. Children sharing with adults are accommodated in a cot and or on an additional bed, maximum one child under 13 years of age:
2.1 0-24 months old (sharing a room with adult)
are accommodated in a cot or bed on a complimentary basis.
2.2 2-5 years old (sharing room with adult)
are accommodated on an additional 25% of the adult sharing rate per child, inclusive of breakfast
depending on the availability of rooms with an additional bed
2.3 6-12 years old (sharing room with adult)
are accommodated on an additional 50% of the adult sharing rate per child, inclusive of breakfast
depending on the availability of rooms with an additional bed
– Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own room) will be charged the normal room rate
– Children beds can accommodate a maximum of one child per bed
– Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot
– Child minding facilities are available at an additional cost and by prior arrangement
3. PEAK SEASON: MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS OVER THIS PERIOD
4. OTHER: Activities, Laundry, and telephone calls are available at an additional cost
5. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
5.1 Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
5.2 Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival – 25% cancellation fee
5.3 Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
5.4 Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee
